How to Get Your Free Samples

Select “Sample” and add to cart for any of the products in which you are interested.
2. Receive your free samples
Your samples will arrive via FedEx to your door within 4-6 business days. Check out the quality and color variations among products. Place them in the natural light to get a feel for how they will look.
3. Browse, call or chat to place your order

How many samples can I order?
You may order up to 10 backsplash, ceiling or wall panel samples. If you request more than 10 samples, we have found that it’s typically in your best interest to have a free consultation with one of our ACP-Professional specialists. If more than 10 samples are requested, we will place the order on hold until we reach you to ensure we’re sending exactly what you need for your project.
How big are the samples?
Samples of Fasade Backsplash are 6″ x 6.″ Samples of Aspect Backsplash are 1″ x 4.″ Palisade samples are 4.5″ x 11.″ Wall panel and ceiling tile samples are 12″ x 12.″ We do our best to ensure each sample is an accurate representation of the application it represents.
How much do the samples cost?
The samples are completely free of charge. All you pay for is shipping to your doorstep. No sales or delivery to Canada, Alaska or Hawaii. Please call toll free 1.800.558.0615 to place an order from these locations.
How are the samples shipped?
We ship our samples in proprietary ACP-Professional bags via FedEx directly to your door. Packages are generally dispatched within 24 hours via FedEx Ground with tracking and drop-off without signature. We do not only offer shipping on samples to Canada, Alaska or Hawaii. Residents of these states should call 1.800.558-0615 for a shipping quote. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.
What about international shipping?
At this time, our shipping is restricted to the 48 contiguous United States that offer standard ground postal delivery. We do not provide sales or delivery to Canada, Alaska or Hawaii.
